Actis Hybris Insulation Panels are composed of polyethylene foams combined with aluminium-coated polyethylene foils arranged in a honeycomb structure, offering a thermal conductivity of 0.033 W/mK and a thermal resistance (R-Value) of 4.65 m²K/W. Each pack contains two panels measuring 1200mm in length, 1145mm in width, and 155mm in thickness, covering a total area of 2.74m². These panels provide airtight and watertight (W1) protection, along with a vapour resistance of 450 MNs/g, making them effective for controlling moisture and air permeability in building assemblies.
Typically applied to timber frame and masonry walls, pitched roofs, ceilings, and suspended timber floors, these insulation panels incorporate a reflective multifoil layer, acoustic insulation, and a vapour control layer. Their lightweight and flexible design allows them to maintain shape over time without generating dust or fibres. Used for insulation in new build construction and renovation projects where airtightness and moisture control are required.
