The Rawlplug Rawlbolt loose bolt is an expanding shield anchor for use in cracked and non-cracked concrete, hollow-core slabs, flooring blocks and ceramics. This M8 size has a 65mm anchor length and takes fixtures up to 10mm thick, and the pack contains 5 anchors.

A three-piece expanding sleeve gives maximum expansion for load and safety of use in the substrate. It installs in a 14mm hole with a minimum hole depth of 55mm, a 9mm fixture hole and an installation torque of 15Nm, and Rawlplug recommends it for applications requiring fire resistance. Used for fixing roller shutter doors and structural steelwork where a heavy-duty expanding anchor is required.
