The OX Premium ear defenders are a passive earmuff rated SNR 25dB, with measured attenuation of 28dB at high frequency, 22dB at medium and 15dB at low. High impact ABS cups filled with sound absorbing foam sit against broad foam cushions, and the set weighs 127g.
The padded plastic headband adjusts through slots on both sides and the muffs can be worn over the head, behind the neck or under the chin. Used for cutting and breaking work and for prolonged plant operation where 25dB of hearing protection is required.
