The Marshalltown 25D outside corner trowel is made from a single piece of flexible stainless steel measuring 5 x 3 3/4in. The blade is set at 80 degrees and flexes to 90 degrees as it is drawn down the corner, so the tool leaves a square external angle rather than a rounded one.

A DuraSoft handle with an integral finger guard sits above the blade. Used for embedding tape and for smoothing the final coat on external drywall corners where a sharp square angle is required.
