Broadfix Assorted Flat Packers 100 x 28mm 1-6mm

Broadfix Assorted Flat Packers - 100 x 28mm

Injection moulded polypropylene packers with a 100mm by 28mm footprint, supplied as an assortment covering six thicknesses from 1mm to 6mm. Each thickness carries its own colour, so the right shim can be picked out by eye without measuring.

A micro-ridged surface stops the packers slipping under load and lets them stack cleanly to build up a larger gap. They are compression tested to 25kN and, being waterproof polypropylene, will not swell, shrink or rot the way a timber offcut does. Used for window and door fitting and for floor and decking installation where a stable, load-bearing shim is required.
