76 x 51mm Ball Bearing Butt Hinge
A mild steel ball bearing butt hinge measuring 76mm high by 51mm wide with a 2mm leaf thickness and square corners. Two ball bearing races in the knuckle carry the load and keep the swing smooth as the door ages.
The hinge is reversible and suits doors from 35 to 40mm thick, with three hinges per door carrying a tested door mass of up to 40kg. Matching 25mm pozidrive woodscrews are supplied. Used for internal light and medium weight doors and for fire doorsets where certified intumescent protection behind the blades is required.
