Actis Hybris insulation panels are multilayer insulation boards featuring a honeycomb structure of shaped polyethylene foams bonded to aluminium-coated polyethylene foils. Each panel measures 1200mm in length and 1145mm in width, with a thickness of 105mm. The pack contains four panels and covers a total area of 5.49m². These panels combine thermal performance with structural integrity and resistance to air and water penetration.
With a thermal conductivity of 0.033 W/m.K and thermal resistance of 3.15 m².K/W for the 105mm thickness, the panels offer enhanced insulation capabilities. The R-value can increase to 3.75 m².K/W with one air gap or up to 4.05 m².K/W with two air gaps depending on installation. Fire performance is rated Class E with Fire Retardant F, making these panels resistant to fire propagation. They exhibit high vapour resistance (1100 MNs/g), watertightness (W1), and airtightness, suitable for energy-efficient building applications.
