V-Notched Fence Post 100x125mm 2.4m Green Treated

V-Notched Timber Fence Post - 100 x 125mm x 2.4m Green Treated

A green treated softwood fence post measuring 100 x 125mm in section and 2400mm long. The post is V-notched along its face to take triangular arris rails, so rails can be set into the post when building a close board fence.

The timber is pressure treated with green Tanalith E preservative to protect it against rot and insect attack. The 2.4m length allows part of the post to be set into the ground while leaving enough height above ground for a boarded fence. Used for close board fencing and garden boundary posts where a rot-resistant notched post is required.
