Thompsons One Coat Water Seal is a water-based silicone micro-emulsion that penetrates exterior brick and stonework to form a barrier against rain damage. It is applied in a single coat at full strength by brush or roller and can be applied directly onto damp surfaces, giving long lasting waterproof protection within hours.

It is for use on brick, mortar, stone and concrete, helps stop damage caused by freeze and thaw and reduces efflorescence. The product goes on milky and clears immediately, although some substrates may darken, and it is not for floors, patios, roofs, wood or below-ground areas. Used for exterior brick walls and stonework where long lasting water repellency is required.
