The Type TAV vertical extension sleeve from Cavity Trays is a 450mm black polypropylene intermediate sleeve for the Type TAV cranked telescopic ventilation duct. It is fitted to extend the Type TAV beyond its standard five-brick height adjustment range, increasing the vertical offset between the inlet and outlet.

The Type TAV carries air through a cavity wall from a standard airbrick to an internal area at a different level, and the sleeve adds flexibility where the outlet sits further from the airbrick than the telescopic unit alone allows. Used for underfloor and cavity wall ventilation where a longer vertical duct offset is required.
