Spax HI.FORCE Washer Head Wood Construction Screw 6.0 x 220mm T30

Spax HI.FORCE is a partial thread wood construction screw with a washer head that spreads load over a larger bearing surface for high pull through resistance. The Wirox multi layer zinc coating is chromium(VI) free and gives greater corrosion protection than conventional galvanising, while the T-STAR plus T30 recess keeps the bit centred under load. The 4CUT point displaces the wood fibres as it starts, reducing splitting and removing the need to pre-drill in most timbers.

Used for timber frame construction and staircase assembly where high head pull through resistance is required.
