Rhynogrip Meshline Discs 225mm P180

The Rhynogrip Meshline Discs feature a 225mm diameter and P180 grit, designed with an open mesh structure to facilitate excellent dust extraction during sanding tasks. Utilising innovative grain technology, these discs provide a quicker, stronger, and prolonged cut, while the robust, crease and tear-resistant backing ensures durability and consistent performance. The discs incorporate an anti-clogging design and an electrostatic coating for optimal grain positioning, enhancing sanding efficiency across a variety of substrates.

Equipped with velour backing, the discs are compatible with all grip backing pads and employ blue-fired aluminium oxide as the abrasive material bonded with modified synthetic resin. Suitable substrates include old paint, primers, top coats, fibreglass, walls and drywall, composite, plastic, furniture, wood, fillers, and gel coat. Used for workshop sanding and surface preparation and finishing work where efficient dust extraction and prolonged abrasive life are required.
