Libra C Stud - 70mm x 2400mm
The Libra C stud is a 70mm hot dip galvanised steel stud supplied in a 2400mm length. It is the vertical member of a metal stud partition, twisted into matching floor and ceiling track to form the framework for non-loadbearing internal walls faced with gypsum plasterboard.
The 0.5mm gauge section has a knurled face that helps drywall screws penetrate when the boards are fixed, and studs can be used for single or double stud wall constructions. Used for internal plasterboard partitions and metal stud walls where a lightweight non-loadbearing frame is required.
