K Rend Silicone K1 Through-Coloured Render - 25kg White

K Rend Silicone K1 is a through-coloured, cement-based, polymer-modified render incorporating silicone technology, supplied in a 25kg bag in White, the brightest shade in the K Rend scraped texture colour range. It is water repellent and breathable, gives a fine textured, low maintenance finish, and can be applied by hand or by spray machine on new build and refurbishment projects.

Applied as a one-coat, two-pass render directly to blockwork or as a finish coat over a K Rend base coat, it can be finished as a scraped texture or roughcast. Used for new build and refurbishment rendering where a water repellent through-coloured finish is required.
