K Rend Alkali Resistant Reinforcing Mesh - 50m Roll

K Rend Alkali Resistant Reinforcing Mesh is a woven glass-fibre scrim cloth with an alkali-resistant surface treatment, supplied on a 50m roll approximately 1.1m wide. It is bedded into the base coat of K Rend render systems to improve crack resistance and impact resistance.

The mesh helps reduce stress build-up at typical stress points, limiting the risk of cracking, and helps resist damage from temperature-related building movement. It is designed for use with all K Rend renders and is also compatible with Portland cement, hydraulic lime, acrylic and latex-based renders and mortars. Used for reinforcing render base coats and typical stress points where improved crack resistance is required.
