Expamet Thin Coat Plaster Stop - 3mm x 3000mm

The Expamet thin coat plaster stop is a galvanised mild steel stop bead supplied in a 3000mm length with a 25mm perforated wing. It forms a clean, straight end stop to 2-3mm skim and thin coat plaster finishes, reinforcing the edge and protecting it from damage.

The perforated wing gives the plaster a key to help prevent cracking, and fixing holes suit a standard plasterboard nail. The bead cuts to size with tin-snips or aviation cutters and is fixed at intervals not exceeding 600mm with galvanised clout nails, staples, grab adhesive or plaster. Used for skim coat and thin coat plaster edges where a clean, straight stop is required.
