The Concrete Repair Spur $100\text{mm}\times100\text{mm}\times1050\text{mm}$ is a robust, steel-reinforced concrete post used as a permanent, high-strength solution for repairing rotted $100\text{mm}\times100\text{mm}$ (4'x4') timber fence posts at ground level. This spur is sunk deep into the ground and secured with fresh post-mix concrete, then coach bolted to the remaining wooden post stump.
### Key Features
- Durability:Made from high-strength concrete, often reinforced with steel rods, it provides a long-lasting solution that is completely resistant to rot, moisture, and insect damage at the most vulnerable point of the fence.
- InstallationMethod:Unlike metal spikes, the concrete spur requires digging a hole and setting the new spur and the old post stump in new concrete, creating a very strong, stable anchor.
- Strength:The $100\text{mm}\times100\text{mm}$ size is recommended for heavier fence panels, tall fences, or use in more exposed or windy situations to give maximum stability.
- RepairSolution:It is an economical alternative to replacing an entire fence or posts where the panel is still functional but the post has failed at the base. The length ($1050\text{mm}$) ensures enough of the spur is sunk below ground level for a strong hold.
