FP McCann Prestressed Concrete Floor Beam - 150mm x 4800mm

Precast, prestressed concrete T-beam from FP McCann, 150mm deep and 4800mm long, for beam and block flooring. The beams are infilled with concrete blocks or a polystyrene panel system to form ground and upper floors in residential and other buildings, from extensions to large housing sites.

The T-beam profile permits inner leaf blockwork to be built above bearing level to give a tight friction finish, and the system is a dry form of construction. Maximum clear span depends on the block infill layout and the loading. Used for ground floors and upper floors where a precast prestressed concrete beam is required.
