A 150mm deep prestressed precast concrete T-beam, 4200mm long, for beam and block flooring. The beams are made with a slight upward camber and are laid with concrete block infill between them.
They form suspended ground floors and upper floors, with starter and end blocks at the bearings and full or narrow block infill depending on the layout. Used for suspended ground floors and upper floors where a precast beam and block floor is required.
