Chesterbond Green Mineral is a heavy grade, pour-and-roll cap sheet supplied as a 10m x 1m roll covering 10m2. It has a rag fibre base saturated and coated with oxidised bitumen, with a light sand finish to the underside and green mineral granules on the upper surface for UV protection.

The cap sheet forms the top waterproofing layer over an underlay membrane such as Chesterbond Underlay, as part of a multi-layer built-up roofing system on non-habitable buildings and outbuildings. Rolls should be stored and transported on end on a firm, flat surface. Used for shed roofs and outbuilding roofs where a UV-protected mineral cap sheet is required.
