Cromar PRO GRP Bubble Buster Laminating Roller 225 x 40mm
The Bubble Buster is a ribbed metal laminating roller for glass fibre flat roofing, with a 225mm working width on a 40mm diameter roller head. Rolling the wetted-out laminate consolidates the resin into the chopped strand mat and drives out trapped air bubbles before the resin cures.
Working the roller across the laminate helps achieve the correct 3 to 1 resin to mat ratio, leaving an even, fully wetted laminate with a smooth finish and no voids. Used for consolidating GRP roof laminates and removing trapped air from freshly laid matting where an even resin distribution is required.
