Birtley CB90 Standard Duty Cavity Wall Lintel - 3600mm

The Birtley CB90 is a standard duty steel cavity wall lintel for 90-105mm cavities with 100mm inner and outer leaves. This 3600mm length is 197mm high, made from 2.8mm gauge S275JR mild steel and hot-dip galvanised to 65 microns, with factory-fitted expanded polystyrene insulation.

It carries a load capacity of 26kN and must be fully bedded on bricklaying mortar with a minimum end bearing of 150mm. It is used with a cavity tray in external walls and is not for point loads or concrete floors. Used for door and window openings in masonry cavity walls where an insulated steel lintel is required.
