22 x 100mm Treated Sawn Gravel Board
A rough sawn spruce board with a nominal section of 22 x 100mm, high pressure preservative treated to use class 3 for timber in ground contact or exposed above ground. Sold by the linear metre and cut to the length needed.
Fitted below fence panels and featheredge boards, the gravel board holds the panel clear of the soil so water and ground contact are kept away from the fence itself. Used for fence lines and hit and miss fencing and for raised beds and general landscaping where treated timber is required. Cut ends should be re-treated with an end grain preservative.
