A hollow dense aggregate concrete block from the Aggregate Industries Masterdenz range, with a 440 x 215mm face and a wall width of 215mm. Each block weighs 25.1kg and the concrete has a net dry density of 1960kg/m3. Sold per square metre - 9.88 blocks per m2.

Masterdenz blocks can be used internally and externally, above and below the damp proof course, including walls below ground level and reinforced masonry walls, and the material is non-combustible (Class A1 reaction to fire). Used for wide walls and below-ground blockwork where a hollow dense concrete block is required.
