Knauf Fireshield Fire Panel Plasterboard - 12.5mm x 1200 x 2400mm (Square Edge)

Knauf Fireshield (now sold as Fire Panel) is a fire-resistant gypsum plasterboard with an aerated core infused with glass fibre and encased in a pink paper facing. The 12.5mm board in 1200 x 2400mm square edge format is the standard sheet for fire-rated linings.

A single layer each side of a partition achieves up to one hour's fire resistance, and a double layer extends that to two hours. Used for fire-rated partitions and ceiling linings and for protected escape routes where enhanced fire performance is required.
