Delivery Costs
Free Standard Delivery is available on all online orders over £150 (incl VAT). For standard online orders under £150 (incl VAT) the delivery charge will be £15.00 (incl VAT).
Communication
Please let us know if you require a call to let you know when we are on our way. Note that our deliveries are to kerbside only so make sure someone who is able to lift the delivery will be home or onsite to accept the shipment. It really helps if you let us know if there are any issues with access to your property or the site.
Delivery Times
We do not offer customers to select a delivery time, on the day selected delivery time will be between 08:00 to 17:00. We can give you rough estimate by emailing
[email protected] and quoting your order number on the day of your delivery.
Delivery Days
We aim to offer the earliest possible delivery. However, due to the current situation delivery times may be extended or slightly longer on occasion. We will allways communicate this with the customer as soon as there order is processed.
